My stay at Premier Inn London Croydon West was comfortable with some standout moments, though there were a few hiccups. The location was ideal for access, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, the rooms had their issues, particularly with temperature and noise at night, which affected my sleep.

I encountered several issues that made my stay uncomfortable.

The room I stayed in had a strong smell of drains and was not thoroughly cleaned, which was really off-putting (I even noticed flies!). Additionally, the window's locking handle was broken, adding to my discomfort.

The service was friendly and efficient, as I noticed they investigated my complaints promptly (although no one came to check on the problems). I appreciated that they offered a small gift and card for the inconvenience upon my return for the evening.
